IN/TELLING HEALTH

INtegrated TELe monitorING HEALTH

The objectives of the IN/TELLING HEALTH project are:

- To develop an integrated system for monitoring the psychophysical health status and supporting vulnerable users in their own homes.

Specifically, the IN/TELLING HEALTH project aims to:

- Develop solutions to support the assessment of patients’ functional profiles, with the possibility of integrating multidisciplinary evaluation within socio-healthcare assistance functions.
Integrate solutions for home-based autonomy monitoring and support that feature: configurability and personalization to ensure a proper “fit” with users’ functional profiles.-
- Develop a data aggregation dashboard for the analysis of readings and remote monitoring, in order to integrate this information into the actions of territorial care teams.

IN/TELLING HEALTH aspires to improve the quality of life, particularly for elderly and vulnerable individuals in the target areas, and to provide greater integration of socio-assistance activities, resulting in reduced stress for informal caregivers.
